We specialise in selling gift boxes.
All products listed on our website are physical products only.

We reserve the right to discontinue, update, or modify products at any time without prior notice.

3. Order Processing & Confirmation

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order and shipping details.

  • Please verify all submitted information carefully (name, address, street number, company name, unit number, contact details).

  • If you do not receive the confirmation email after 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us via WhatsApp.

  • Once payment is received, your order is considered confirmed and final.

4. Shipping Policy

a. Shipping Notification

You will receive a shipping notification email along with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

If you face any issues tracking your parcel, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp for assistance.

b. Delivery Condition

We take great care to ensure your items are securely packed.
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us on the same day of delivery and provide clear photos/videos.

Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible for replacement.

5. Return & Refund Policy

a. All Sales Are Final

All gift box orders are final once payment has been made.
No cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted after payment.

b. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, product handling, and the curated nature of our gift boxes, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

c. Order Confirmation

Payment indicates that you understand and agree to our No-Refund Policy.

d. Customisation & Product Variations

Some items are seasonal or limited in quantity.
Minor product substitutions may occur based on stock availability.

Such variations will not be grounds for refunds or cancellations.

e. Damaged or Missing Items

If your product arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us on the same day of receiving the parcel.

  • Provide photos/videos for assessment.

We will review the case and offer a suitable solution.
Requests made after 24 hours cannot be processed.

6. Payment Methods

We currently accept:

  • ipay88 (FPX, credit/debit card, e-wallet options supported by ipay88)

All payments must be fully completed before order processing begins.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We only collect information necessary for order processing, shipping, and customer support.
We do not collect data beyond the standard WooCommerce checkout fields.

We use MailerLite for email marketing. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails.

Your personal data will not be shared with third parties except for essential services such as payment processing and courier delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gift Revolution Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by courier services

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Damage caused by improper handling after delivery

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products
